I think your math is wrong NAK only has 1/2 pebble, so multiply all your numbers by two! ;-)

NAK has one pebble and their market cap is $561M as of today's close.

6 X 561M = $3.366B

12 X 561M = $6.732B.

our OS is 630M shares.

that's a price per share between $5.34 and $10.69 for LBSR, based on NAK's current market cap.

at one time this year, NAK traded for a high of $21.76, on a closing basis. that's 3.682X higher than it is now.

apply that multiple to the pps targets above for LBSR and you get a high range of $19.66 (6 pebbles) to $39.35 a share for 12 pebbles.

furthermore, wall street seemed to think NAK was undervalued at its highs, and some were estimating it could run into the $70 or $100 range once the mine plan was approved. that could still happen, but imo by the time they get to that stage, a lot of eyes will be on the assets next door. jmho! wink

LIKE these numbers myself! Did you say on just 6 or 7 Pebbles,is that what GEOTECH stated? But i didnt do the math based on the $70.oo to $100.oo valuations. Guess i will just need to wait it out till the JV is inked! Then i can count my chicks, right!
