Russia has a little problem with oil spillage on land.

Right now, IMO, MOP should be in the "oil reclamation" business, not the oil spill clean-up biz. Using this tech to show Big Oil how it can separate oil from dirt and recover it, would be far more profitable than convincing them to use MOP to simply "clean up" the oil. I understand the environmental angle but you have to appeal to the deep pockets first and then push for regulation and market its clean-up capabilities.

Remember BP tried to "reclaim" the DWH oil spilled before they choose to "disperse" it into the GOM (e.g. Japan's "A Whale" monster ship = failure)If MOP had ability to demonstrate its product's reclamation of oil capability, this stock might have turned into a freakin' gold mine.

May sound like semantics, but what is MOP doing to market this to Big Oil?

Easy marketing strategy too, drag boom across water, shoot MOP into oil contained in boom, skim oil-soaked MOP off water with skimmer boat (1000% better than trying to siphon oil floating on water with X-challenge winner, due to waves larger than 1-2 feet in open water) and once skimmed, oil-soaked MOP run through MOP-Rescue separator and oil 100% recovered. Dry and reuse MOP.
