I suppose you have made an attempt to contact the company or do some real due diligence. Please share your findings if indeed you have done so.

no rah rah here but also no sky is falling scenario.

I could answer some of the questions you asked but what fun is doing your homework for you. No not an insider just read the PR's and followed the company for more then a year. No, i will not post any links to support what I believe so you will have to look that information up for yourself.

Great questions Moras, I look at STTN as Bonar's Retirement plan. The way I see it he is rolling all of the profitable parts of his businesses into STTN.

I think that at some point when the pps is much higher, Bonar will start selling his shares off slowly and call it a raps. Just my opinion.

AMS is 40% Bonar, 40% His son and 20% Naccarado. They all win if the transfer AMS into a public company...drive up the price and sell million of shares.

as for dilution, you can call the transfer agent, she will tell u. I did 2 weeks ago.

STTN messed up last Q indeed, but maybe we can make money here. Definalty worth more than 3 cents a share, that's for sure

Some good questions Moras. The biggest question that Bonar still hasn't answered is where he is going to get the cash to pay for the $6.6 million in delinquent taxes, $2 million working capital deficit, and the additional workers compensation claims that are coming with the consolidation of Solvis into STTN. The current business showed a loss last quarter and a significant reduction in cash flow. The only other way I know of that Bonar can keep paying the bills is by diluting and the 10-Q referenced that as a possibility. Good luck!

moras one thing to note is that the solvis acquisition price is tied to an earnings multiple. So if solvis isn't profitable, STTN will get it for free. If Solvis is gangbusters then it will cost 4x earnings. If it is gangbusters it's probably a good thing that we now have it rolled in.

This looks like dead money here at least until the next 10-Q comes out. The jury is out on Bonar after that last disastrous set of financials we got. GLTA
