I don't want to be a bummer but....
if you think about it Bonar can't lose if STTN flops. If he sells his portion of companies he owns to STTN, he collects a good amount of cash for companies that may not be winners. I'm sure he would like to enhance the value of his 21 mil. shares, but if what is speculated here comes to be, he makes out either way. It is yet to be seen what Solvis will add to the bottom line here over the long term, but I hope it adds fiscally to STTN. Insiders don't usually want to give up profitable ventures, so I'm wondering what prompted the other 60% of Solvis owners to let loose of it so inexpensively? As for the other companies that are speculated to be added, are they money makers? Has anyone done any research as to how they will add to STTN"s bottom line or are we all waiting for something that may not be all that great? I am a long term shareholder here and perhaps more of a sceptic than others. Guess I've seen too many shennanigans in this market.
I also question the rant that there has been no dilution to date. Those numbers are usually made public well after the fact.
I guess I can explain my views by stating that my motto is:
Hope for the best,But always prepare for the worst.
I also wonder how a Chief Financial Officer can "forget" to pay taxes? Some of the happenings with this company, as of late have distressed me some. And I think some of the questions other investors have should be considered without others trying to make out the Questioners as shorters and world savers. Who would be so bold (another word for stupid) enough to short a .025 stock? There are always pros and cons to everything. Rah ! Rah ! investors make me as nervous as Sceptics. GLTA and hope STTN pulls out of this for the sake of all "us" shareholders.
