Skip, I would imagine they do send out a warning prior to lock. In this case, it may have been forwarded to Joshua who did not act on it. Like others, I believe Zajay is trying her hardest to get this resolved. DTC is very unresponsive. Maybe if a bunch of us start inundating DTC with calls they will act faster.
