I do not understand why the DTC isn't required to notify potential companies that they are in jeopardy of being suspended if they don't have X, Y, and Z accomplished by a given date; therefore, giving the company a chance to rectify mistakes rather than being blindsided by an unannounced Global Lock. Even bill collectors give you notice before they shut you down. Don't understand why there is not governing body over the DTC.
