That is a great point......I have asked myself that question, why would you payoff the preferreds and not just keep as much cash as possible for leveraging the ongoing entity? Cash is king and always will be.

I'm still having a problem with the simple fact (and I look at things simply)...There is a heck of a lot more info out and we are at .07.
