Corso? I wonder if that is the same S. Corso who has quite the past. The annoying scammers who were threatening myself and a few others a year back (PSGI) or so were involved with him. IIRC there is a movie being made by John Hillcoat about the 2 mobbed up cops in Vegas who killed a few folks(IIRC) who were in with him as well. Stole millions from clients IIRC and then worked for the FBI as a rat.
The Steven to Stephen is different but how many west coast CPAs in the penny stock world have the name Corso....?

Interesting. I wonder what happened to CRWV's former attorney.

ABOT / CRWV - comparing the charts

Okay so we have pretty convincingly linked ABOT and CRWV.

-Same promoter (Eric Van Nguyen)
-Very similar histories (dead shells taken over and and used for alleged Mexican mining operations)
-Similar filings (inactive OTC filings with information no longer contained in the recent filings)
-Websites set up around the same time
-Some of the same characters involved in both (same legal counsel - Ken Bart and accountant - Steven Corso)
-Same Mexican business entity being used by both (Rising Star)
-Same basic set-up with the bogus backdated debt Notes

We are very suspicious that Chad P. Smanjak is behind both the shells.

I guess one big question at this point is will the ABOT price chart also repeat the same pattern as the CRWV chart?

Here is a copy of the CRWV chart (the pump started on August 22, 2011 and based on the volume pretty much ended exactly one month later on September 23, 2011)

In the case of CRWV there were 247,710,000 shares issued towards debt and another 99,000,000 shares issued for services that were unclaimed in the recent filings.

In the case of ABOT there is 150,000,000 shares issued towards debt, 6,837,072 shares owned by pre-pump shareholders, and another 835,000,000 shares allegedly owned by the CEO.

At $.05/share, 150,000,000 shares are worth $7,500,000. Plenty of reason to commence with the dumping at these levels. With CRWV the major part of the dumping started 3 - 4 days into the pump.
