Did you ever consider this?
The settlement involved "splitting" up the patent (ownership and jurisdiction).
CLYW gets US, and Drago gets the other countries. If you have ever worked with the US Patent Office, you know how slow they can be, and in this case, it is/was a very difficult thing to do not just to change the assignment of the patent but the jurisdictions too.
Did Drago wait until this was done, or do you you think he signed the settlement before Patent Office changed the title?
2 slow entities (Patent Office and court/lawyers) and an individual (DD) that has not been cooperative to CLYW so far.
