None of this would explain the four 8Ks in four months stating "the agreement has been signed" with no settlement attached or filed with the Court. The settlement would simply state the agreement; it would not have to be contemporaneous with the patent actually changing hands.
The officers are proven, smiling liars (the hundreds of pages of their messages and misdeeds more than prove it as far as I'm concerned). That is a slim reed upon which to build the raft we all hope will carry us to prosperity. Perhaps Diac's backing will provide the wind we need.
