IMO:This footnote on IDCC's 7/7 Notice of Motion..was directed to Nokia, as a contingent notice of future action, if Nokia acts on their current "posturing"..Nokia may attempt to drag out the inevitable enforcement of the ICC decision..But they will be forced to pay for their 2G sales through June 30, 2005..and still be engaged in defending a new 2G Patent Infringement action in Texas. IDCC's expenses in collecting when a 3G trigger is licensed will be Paid for by Nokia's 2G monies.. IMO:Nokia will take no action to Breach their 1999 License Contract...

3 Under the Master Agreement, InterDigital is permitted to disclose the Patent License Agreement if and to the extent required to do so under the federal securities laws. Pursuant to such requirement, InterDigital currently intends to publicly file a redacted version of the Patent License Agreement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission after the filing of this motion. If and when InterDigital makes such filing, InterDigital will publicly file that same redacted version of the Patent License Agreement in this action, and it will notify the Court of that submission and its effect on this motion.
