Has anyone had a good experience Transfering HNSS trades to another broker?

I just sorted all of this out:

1. My shares at Zecco are being held at Penson
2. Penson charges a ridiculous fee if/when I want to sell
3. Fidelity does not accept any stock transfers from Penson under 75 cents
4. I CAN trade my shares at Zecco
5. I will "hold" my shares at Zecco and start purchasing shares through Fidelity.
