Definition of dilution? Issuing shares to stay in business. This looks to me that if they are issuing shares they are doing so to grow the business.

The key word is efficiency with focus to drive revenue. Each subsidiary having its own CEO to focus on the driving revenue. It seems pretty clear to me this guy knows what he is doing.

Do you think Kay should run EarthSearch, StudentConnect, Rogue Paper and "aNOTEfor" by himself.

But of course you have a lot of stock traders with business 101 knowledge second guessing everything he does.
