Just my opinion, don't think Lacle ever asserted himself.
Think he left operations up to Saleem and Kakani.
My very first email to Lacle was forwarded to Saleem to answer. Saleem introduced himself at that time as a Michelex "advisor". That tells me that Lacle didn't have the slightest idea of how to answer my questions. Think he's been a figure head since the beginning.
When I say Lacle may have the financial contacts, I mean in lieu of Saleem's lack of backing this year. It appeared to me over the past several months that Saleem's financial backing was untouchable. Untouchable because the $13.5M was in certificate of deposits per the June 2011 draft final audit. Kakani may have later gone to Lacle to seek money.
