Thank you! That saves me alot of work of looking through posts. That really shows how the CEO has been lying through his front teeth since the CC.

My sentiment is going further down with this POJ company everyday.

(edit) And I might change my mind again if this CEO would actually do something, who knows, it is investing, nothing personal. I am not a basher, just honest and at the start of TOFS it looked great and the CEO was following through with everything

Can you now post the evidence for the board that it was not you dumping all those shares the morning you knew about the A/S raise at 8AM but did not mention it until the afternoon at 2:26PM?

What evidence could I provide? You can call a public company all you want! It's a free country.

I have been buying 3zzzz to average down and look for an exit to open. Yea, I am probably going to flip everything I have this first chance I get, then again I might not, my freekin' choice!

After this day there was a complete reversal of attitude toward this stock and people on the board.

So now you are accusing me of the drop in pps and board sentiment, how hilarious! Call that lying CEO we have, tell him to make money, quit diluting, and follow up on actually building a company.
