Another Large secret! The entire market is stupid, everyone can buy commons for seven cents when it is actually is worth 25.00. LOL. Accept the reality. We have a minority ownership in NewCo with hard to determine current and future value prospects. The situation is not comparable to your example of a new capital stock issue valued at the time of the stock issuance and sold initially at 25$.
