FDEI - I wonder if Eade is going to try to use the FDEI shell to help pay some bills

Yesterday FDEI announced in an 8K that they were moving their company address back to Kenneth Eade's office:

Today that scam company (FDEI) with the fake management team and history of fraudulent plagiarized press releases and super strong link to the SAEI scam that was already called a fraud by the SEC put out a press release.

I'll definitely be sending the link to the PR to everybody I know that is involved in investigating SAEI


I wonder if Eade is dumb enough to try to use that shell to make some money to pay some bills or if somebody else is using Eade to hide behind to suck some more money out of that scam shell.
