They have always wanted 200M shares to be issued, but they did not intend to issue all of them.. They wanted 100M plus 1 so they could lock the Nol's and then use the rest for revenue raise and M&A.. Just like we are going to do with the extra shares the board will authorize 1Q after emergence.

Mark my words, the 200M will not stay 200M for more than 2Q's... If you want to Acquire, you must have soemthing to entice the acquiree!
