in the amount of $15,000,000.00.

Liable and slander are not a part of free speech and of course in my opinion the company is compelled to defend against these type of statements

You think it's free speech to lie and slander and hurt the public opinion of an individual or corporation? A poster put up that M&K is the auditor for AEND WHEN in fact they are not and tried to link treaty to it.

That is not free speech and the courts have confirmed that in numerous previous cases.
