The evidence supports a finding of breach of contract and unjust enrichment, and the Court should enter judgment in favor of Plaintiffs and against the Alonzo co-Debtors, Ronald Lee Blackburn, Phoenix Oil & Gas, Inc., Treaty Petroleum, Inc., Tri Koon Holdings, L.L.C., and Treaty Energy Corporation
in the amount of $15,000,000.00.
