Not sure I grasp your point -- are you saying that the offering won't bring in enough funding to do (all) those things? Or that the offering will be larger than we have been discussing?

Or were you offering color on HB's intent surrounding partnerships?

I don't mind the dilution, it's the "there will be no financing" comments that I can't stand.

Why not just shut the eff up and if you have to do it, then do it?

Whatever..... maybe we put a floor in and we move onward and upward.
