Ramsey, nice, thoughful explanation of the software flow. However, since STM ships TPMs to several different motherboard suppliers and STM probably does not have specific information as to who the MB vendor is supplying, it seems to me that STM would ship the Wave and NTRU software directly to the MB vendor. The MB vendor would then send the software onto their end customer, the PC builder, who would preinstall it. I do not see why it would be different for Dell. I would think each motherboard would have it's own set of software shipped along with the motherboard. But, who knows!
