Uh, yeah, you're missing something. Commons are cancelled after the conversion to new shares. That's how a reorg works. You'll have shares in the NewCo (with a new ticker symbol) to replace your current shares. In other words, you are compensated for your WAMUQ shares with shares in the reorganized company.
