I think it is about time the mood changed. The shifting sands have created a kind of collective timidity of belief which I think is not constructive in the face of these kinds of opportunities. It's one thing to be sceptical of the unsafe harbour. It is another to ignore the collection of statements issuing from the government and DoD which provide crystalline information of exactly the type we have been waiting for.

I think you ought to add a post of dig's to your list - it was spectacularly insightful, but I can't remember the number. :(
