I do, hereby, publicly disagree with the use of content, conclusions drawn, and assertions made in this post against American Scientific Resources or any related parties.

The post contains the following statement, which is not authorized by me:

"Good thing you didn’t invest, and trying to guess the “turn around” date is a little risky, shall we say."

Fact: There is no prior statement on public record by me about "didn't invest" to match this statement.

I would invite investors to read the content of my recent post and prior posts to better understand my interest in ASFX.
