I would think that if you were going to short sell a call/put, a low volume stock and the options would be best mostly due to the time erosion. A stock that doesn't move very much up or down on a daily basis would be great as opposed to one that has millions of volume each day. But again, I'm new to options so I'm going off my limited knowledge.
