I think SMPP was just another dilution scheme like many others in the post you replied to. Probably there wasn't much left that could be done with the shell to support much future dumping so it was just abandoned.

If you want though I can try in the coming days to research the fine details surrounding the collapse and subsequent silence of SMPP.

The puppet CEO of MGRN, Saratu Phillips, recently moved over to PMDP and took over as the new CEO of that shell. PMDP also raised their authorized share count from 15,000,000,000 to 30,000,000,000.

I just noticed that there is a second page of client companies, so both he and "Atlas Partners" claim to be legal represtatives of SMPP.
