2 reasons primarily 1st I was one of the largest if not the largest shareholder on record. At one point in 2010 I held close to 100 million shares bought on the open market (no debt wraps ever with QASP). Also being the largest shareholder I lost the most $$$ by comparison :(. 2nd I am a friendly to mineseeker and a shareholder of QASP (I believe that this will be helpful if we are to get any value for QASP).
