It is true. If apple uses liquidmetal in a product, the only thing LQMT will get is more publicity. Please don't try and question me on this, anyone else here will confirm it. Just look into the terms of the agreement. Apple paid for the use of the ip. And that's that.

ScrChamp606 is correct I believe. Apple pays nothing for using patents.

However I believe Apple may purchase metal powder mixtures from LQMT. I believe LQMT purchases them from others so I'm not sure if Apple could buy from others.
