trickledown..thanks.It looks like it was a culmulative buy that may have occurred for some fund?it would have been done this way by the MM's to deliver the stock "on the close".This way the MM's manipulate the price into a certain range and then sell the accumulated shares AH[deliver] to the buyer.If a fund had tried to buy that many shares without their help the stock could have moved up quite a bit.
Maybe someone is just trying to increase a position in a stealthy, ... stalking way, or it is just an exchange of a position?

It's meaningless if no price movement. Either pre-arranged or options related.
