Show me in the law where it will require audited financials and then show me where you get your estimate of that cost comes from. The last time a management mouthpiece gave a price it was $300,000.

am hoping (maybe a bit optimistic) that a settlement with TMobile gives them the capital needed to get current with financials (apply to SEC) and get off the greys.

So, you are guessing that the T-mobile settlement will be only about $300K. If that is your guess, I don't want to have anything to do with your assessment of what is best for this company.
