AMD's suit has more to do with PR outside the court
than action within it.

Japanese FTC didn't seem to think so !
European FTC didn't seem to think so !

1) It wasn't filed in Japan
2) It wasn't filed in Europe
3) AMD is a whiny second tier semico, not a
government regulatory body.

US FTC action must be almost imminent IMO!
