Just beacause it's "designed to fly" at certain altitudes and durations, doesn't mean it's going to. That's why they call it "Flight Testing".

DOD Certification may be far less intense and involve just the autonomous flight characteristics of ARGUS ONE- Is it safe?. The test of the whole flight envelope will probably take weeks if not months- these test will be conducted at Ft. Sill, OK. with our new partner- MLU

Note: new aircraft typically spend years in test
