No wonder Wallace is refusing to pay his portion of the GA JAMS binding arbitration for violation of his NDA with GOSY!

Isn't JAMS confidential? How do you know Wallace hasn't paid? How do you if JAMS hasn't already dismissed Spencer's pretend complaint? If they have, wouldn't they be the third legal body to do so? Just askin'

Wouldn't it also be a breach of fiduciary duty if Wallace, as an attorney, disclosed information he obtained while working for GOSY at any time, regardless of NDA?

I would think the NY and FL bar associations would be interested in this if GOSY is able to prove it via JAMS discovery.
