I mean sign, sealed, delivered, and checks written... can't possibly happen before Dec 31, and given Walrath's previous comments on the value added after Jan 1, she won't approve anything before then, if only in order to increase the value to the estate. (That's one of her primary jobs in this debacle, anyway - ensure maximum value to the estate and therefore the creditors.)
