Well, it's obvious Mantra cannot stand alone. The ONLY solution I see is to find another company interested in their technology and either sell it outright or work out a fair deal.

I thought for 3M to buy the company at .14 would have worked out if Larry would have negotiated an added benefit for shareholders, ie:for every 1000 shares of MVTG we would get 1 share of 3M.
