My bad... The amended agenda came out on November 21st, ~24 hours prior to the hearing.

No he or she is right Umaw. At least that's how I remembered it the agenda came out the usual time and then the night before the hearing the mediator filed for 2 week extention. Again if I'm wrong sorry.
