dmlabuda, I heard rumors of this last week and thought it was just saber rattling may turn out to be more. I don't think with the US being such a huge importer of goods from China they would risk it but who knows. Any disruption in deliveries can't be good for tytn.
the chinese have always been far more interested in business than war. the only reason they would go to war with us is if 1)we attack them or interfere with their ability to control their populace. 2)we attack North Korea again 3)we attack or assist in attacking Iran 4)Russia goes to war with us the only foreseeable reason that Russia would go to war with us would be as a result of us attacking or assisting in attacking Iran or China. you also have to keep in mind that world super powers like us most likely will never have outright war with each other again like what happened in ww2 because the nuclear capability of even one or two of our countries is enough to make the world almost inhabitable. and if you take into account that a land invasion of either of our countries would absolutely fail. i would most definantly agree with the person who stated that it is a bunch of saber rattling. the only situation to be concerned about is whatever happens with Israel and Iran. We side with Israel and Russia and its allies side with Iran.
