Interesting Press Release. It is a public challenge.

If someone is going to have the guts to release something like this. They obviously have irrefutable proof.

This means that we have to see what happens:
1) Nothing happens: Most likely... I believe Tibby or West Coast did a post many months ago as to why ABX would not respond to this. It is most likely... I wish I could find that post.

2) ABX does respond: If ABX responds with a denial and or.... anything at all. They had better have 100% proof of ownership to back their claim.

There are many more variables... This is a very interesting development as we all have been asking for a PR, or an Update or something.

This also seems to coincide with some postings elsewhere??? So, if that is the case, then this will be a very interesting couple of weeks.

Maybe there are some hopes for Xmas yet.

This is Amazing! MWR looks to have all they need right now to corner ABX. FYI, it's my opinion this issue is bigger then just Pascua Lama ownership. I look forward to how thus plays out. Peter Munk is challenged to attend a firing squad IMO.
