I wish I had your level of confidence. A brief Google search of "CMKM Diamonds" reveals just how far people are willing to bend reality in order to avoid learning their lesson.

There is a message board devoted exclusively to the "huge CMKM payout in escrow" and "CMKM trillions naked short" theories. And I thought that it didn't get more obvious than them.
