There is one Arbitral Mandate that Nokia will not want to revisit in Arbitration..Both, IDCC and Nokia know what that SPECIFIC date is..I believe under ICC RULES the ARBITRAL Panel was DISMISSED after rendering their Award.

This observer does not think the International Court of Arbitration, OR the folks sitting in judgment on IDCC's enforcement action over at New York's Southern District Federal Court would find that to be amusing. I'm thinking, "Go ahead, Nokia. Make my day!" LOL....
