The last I heard from my hero "Steve Job" no it does not when you are investing a development stage company. If you are looking for a growth investment then there are companies out there that you should invest in. Not a company that is still organizing its business and operation.

This company is just finishing the technology, in the middle of acquisitions and reorganization and you are looking to buy into price then you are buying the wrong stock my friend.

I saw all the good comments yesterday about studentconnect, I did not see ay of it move the price of the stock. Why? because it has nothing to do with revenue, simply development, that is why it is called long term investment and long term is not defined as 6 month or 12 months, it is defined as 12 months or more. None of us know what is really going on in the company when we start bashing the company, then a news like yesterday comes up and we are all start to praise the same CEO we wanted to hang to the wall just the day before.

It is a development stage company people. Get that. It has not claimed to be anything but that in all of its filings.

All people screaming dilution in the last several weeks were screaming "gold mine yesterday" lol!

The problem is there more people on the board who know more about stock trading than they know anything about business development
