The FDIC then sold substantially all of the company's banking operations to JPMorgan Chase. Then where the h3ll is everything else? This is all that we need. JPM sold the Seattle WA building and whatever else that wasn't banking associated.

LG.. Unfortunately NO-ONE is going to GO TO PRISON! for what happened in 2008, unless of course they were Bernie Madoff and some Hedge Fund Managers. But, if you had anything to do with TARP or were anywhere near the negotiations that were transpiring since Bear Stearns, Congress was required to give blanket immunity to all the players in the game.

Because they are the ones who BROKE the Economy back then, they were the only ones who could try and put it back together. They were all given IMMUNITY for their participation.. This is why most of the Bankers and Investment people are not scared of anything, because the Fed required Congress to give them immunity. CYA!

Now if a Hedge Fund Manager in a Bankrputcy case were to trade on MNPI and get caught, well that is totally different, that is why this guys will eventually have to settle or risk,,, Freedom, Funds, and Partnerships.
