I think that the first thing they should do is find someone to properly translate what they want to say on their site, newsletters, etc. Improper grammar is a real downer, in my opinion. Probably every penny stock I've ever seen has indicated that they plan to get listed on a higher level. Very few make it. They can't even gain FDA approval while competitors all around them seem to be doing so. And, as far as reporting -- that's a genuine laugher. Insofar as the ramifications of losing patent rights, that is yet to be seen. I do hope you're right in your interpretation, though.
