LG...agreed! When this all went down some years ago...there were so many variables at work, and many questionable, ethical, legal issues...the likes of which would be such an offensive (to the general public) realization, it would make "OWS" look like child's play...I equate it with...garbage in (going into bankruptcy)

Coming out of that scenario some years later...the unraveling of those misdeeds (fraudulence, collusion, IT etc) is so offensive, it would, again, result in such responses that just settling those claims going forward is just so much easier than bringing the truth out and dealing with it...I equate it with...garbage out (coming out of bankruptcy).

The unfortunate reality is that not effectively dealing with the reality of this sets precedence for case law going forward. All the rules...the IT..APR..(you're right) billings, "handle it later"..etc are going to be broken coming out of bankruptcy to shut everyone up...make it go away..i.e...more garbage out. At least it's consistent...garbage in garbage out..makes perfect sense.

Anyone expecting anything on Dec 8 has learned very little about this "condition". Never expect anything from any of these hearings. We don't have a judge who is anything more than spoon-fed, and even in the face of glaring offenses...does nothing to bring it into order. The offenses noted by Parker, re Rosen talking trash about settlement, was only one instance in which Folse made JMW gag on the very spoon he was feeding her with. I don't think she wants that to happen again, but if she doesn't, she needs to take control...otherwise make her choke on the damn thing...again and again..until she pukes a resolution.

This mediator is just another way to get this case out of the hot seat and back to status quo...quid pro quo...tit for tat...garbage in ...garbage out. Good 'ol apple pie and white picked fences...it's the American Way when things get too offensive.

:) GL folks...hold em tight ..like ya got Rosen personally by the short and curlies

David Shutvet has not and I do praise an individual like David

David has done a great job in pointing out the padding of the billing and we heard in court that judge walrus will not review those until later.

In the end, she will just state,"pay the billings".
