You may want to read up on another one of Scott Gallagher`s companies FTS Group Inc. or FLIP.pk [CE]
The CEO may have also been involved in a few lawsuits with Metro One Development or On the Go Technologies as well as a few Funds (alpha capital???). I am not sure of the outcome of the lawsuits but FLIP was abandoned some time ago.

I think SEEK will be an exception
