As the company legal counsel he basically vouches for everything that the company puts in their filings. Company legal counsels are supposed to perform due diligence on the companies they work for, but far too often they end up being a part of the scams instead of helping to protect investors from the scams. Usually the legal counsel also will do the attorney letters needed to remove the legend from stock certificates to make the stock free trading.
The point of my post is only that I have started following all the companies that Christopher Davies is involved with because so many of those companies have turned out to be dilution scams with misleading press releases, broken promises, and nominal business operations set up for insider enrichment.
I started out looking for patterns and answers to some concerns/questions. I don't believe in coincidences on the pink sheets. I believe that history repeats itself far more often than not. From there it basically just turned into a project. I was curious to see how many of the more recent companies/management teams would end up following the older companies/management teams and fall into the same pattern of dilution and falling share prices.
