I spoke with John and he would not get into any specifics on stockholder issues, the value of the stock, the plans, other than to say that when he was with his last company, and you named it, he was able to grow the company's workforce and the revenues substantially. He referred me to miller for specifics--I met Dan and Dan was hired by John and then brought with, when John moved to Virtra. John met Ferris through the industry, from what I gathered, and this company had growth-potential all over it. John said that he is about growing companies and that is his main focus. He said that hung a shingle in a small office space in research Park, the sim area of development by UCF here in east Orlando. Their focus for now, is getting out there to meet the local law enforcement agency decision-makers, the military and any others, including politicians that happened to visit the show and the Virtra booth. To be honest, Dan was a nice guy, a stocky marine-looking like guy but I did not get his exact role, other than to believe he was Hinnant's right-hand man in growth development. As for their former company, forgive me but I do not recall them, in sea of booths at this event. I will say that Virta had the Military Magazine cover displayed on their booth's desk, and I was told that they are 1 of 12 featured on it, in the 12 years it has been produced.
