A 10k is a legal document filed by a company!! What the 10k states is LUXD is in active negotiations with an undisclosed company to r/m with!! There is no more to the story than that, that is where we are @ right now!!

IF you don't like to take part in this stock...then sell!! Posting incorrect share structure information is not going to scare anyone! The o/s is extremely low and when it's time LUXD will move on air!IMO,gltu
