what factual proof have they provided that negotiation where atually taking place other than there words??? ....few sentences in a 10k filling which they where hoping for a major run so that they could have diluted for big cash, and when that didn't happen because they knew the sec is watching like hawk they decided to diluted over 10+ million to pay soo call debt bills .trade samrt GL...peace
